How are you different to ESCOs (Energy Service Companies)?
Most Energy Service Companies assess the HVAC-Refrigeration installation and provide recommendations. BeeBryte goes a step further as we take direct control of the HVAC-Refrigeration systems to constantly optimize the technical and energy performance of the systems.
How is your solution different to a BMS (Building Management System)?
A BMS typically manages the equipment according to pre-programmed reactions to the environment. BeeBryte adds a layer of intelligence which optimizes automatically and in real-time the HVAC-Refrigeration equipment by forecasting the thermal needs by anticipating the future weather and building activity.

How do you connect to the HVAC-Refrigeration equipment on site?
We have developed protocols libraries to connect our BeeBryte Box to the centralized automation system or BMS which is orchestrating the different elements of the HVAC-Refrigeration system; on the production (eg. chillers, cooling towers), distribution (eg. pumps) and airside (eg. Air Handling Units).
Our software has already been integrated with equipment from brands such as Daikin, Siemens, Trane, Schneider Electric, Deltadore, Danfoss.

How long does it take to set up the BeeeBryte solution?
The hardware installation (box, power meters, sensors) takes a few hours and there is no disruption of operations.
Afterward, we calibrate the baseline. This consists in collecting and processing data from the site in order to learn and model the energy behavior of the building within its own environment. This lasts between 4 and 6 weeks.
Then the optimization starts thus instantly generating energy savings and improving the operations on site.
What are the typical savings I can expect?
The savings can reach up to 40%, even on sites already deemed highly efficient.
