Context
Our study focuses on a global logistics and supply chain company, present in more than 100 countries, and generating billions in revenues. The site has 3 levels and utilizes traditional FCUs (Fan Coil Units), maintaining a temperature range of approximately 23 ° C to 26 ° C.
On this particular site, the group used to measure and chart the temperatures of its systems by hand. Therefore, the company chose our services to deploy temperature and humidity sensors and, simultaneously, reduce its energy consumption.
In this case study, you will discover how BeeBryte was able to reduce the group’s energy bill, while also respecting its operational temperature constraints in hot and humid Singapore.
Operational Goals
✓ Implement an “Automatic control of the air-conditioning system” while ensuring respect of operating constraints
✓ Implement a “Temperature Set-point Modulation” optimization to maintain constant temperatures
✓ Implement an “ON / OFF” optimization to improve the production and distribution of FCUs
✓ Detect and report anomalies and drifts at an early stage to facilitate maintenance
✓ Better anticipate energy consumption through real-time data and forecasts
✓ Achieve up to 10% energy savings and reduce the client’s electricity bills
