Sales Administration Assistant

As part of our growth, we are seeking our future intern to assist us in managing our sales administration operations. The Sales Administration Assistant internship provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of sales administration within our company, particularly for our agency in Singapore. The intern will play a key role in providing administrative support for sales operations in collaboration with the Sales Administration Manager.

The Mission:

Order Processing:

• Assist in receiving and recording customer and supplier orders.
• Aid in checking the availability of products in stock.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Participate in monitoring ongoing orders.

Document Management:

• Collaborate on preparing documents related to shipments (invoices, quotes, etc.).
• Contribute to archiving and managing sales-related documents.

Customer and Supplier Relations:

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries about ongoing orders.
• Contribute to handling complaints and merchandise returns.
• Participate in maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
• Invoice and quote generation (for both customers and suppliers).

Internal Coordination:

• Collaborate with teams in the Sales and Execution departments to ensure coordination of activities.

Project Management:

• Contribute to the improvement of our ERP system.


Your Profile:

• Student in sales administration, management, or a related field.
• Desire to gain practical experience in the field of sales administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in an organized manner, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.


Required Skills:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.


Appreciated Skills:

• Mastery of an ERP system.


Internship Conditions:

• Duration: 3-6 months
• Location: Lyon 6th arrondissement
• Compensation: Legal
