YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are recruiting an Energy Efficiency / Building Technical Management Project Manager (M/F) based in Rennes. You will report to the Integration Manager and be involved in the deployment of the BeeBryte solution at client sites.

  • Develop, plan, prioritize, and oversee the execution of BeeBryte building control projects.
  • Monitor and ensure the project execution process.
  • Mobilize and coordinate internal and external technical resources in the project process.
  • Act as the primary client contact during the project phase and the internal reference.
  • Provide a weekly update on the progress of BeeBryte projects.
  • Participate in the selection of technical solutions (automation, GTB, machine interface) based on the techno-economic context of the project.
  • Assess customer needs and conduct site visits and client meetings throughout the project.
  • Strengthen relationships and conclude contracts with technical subcontractors (electricians/automation/maintenance).
  • Support the sales team and generate potential clients.
  • Work with different teams in various locations, time zones, and cultures.

With the support of technical experts, you will coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of our building energy cost reduction projects for various industrial and commercial clients in sectors such as agri-food, logistics, etc.

You operate in the field of automation and Building Technical Management (GTB) systems used in industrial and tertiary sectors. You are familiar with the building industry and have knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration equipment and systems. You are proactive in leading your projects to success.

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree in a technical field with project management experience in the fields of energy, automation (GTB), and/or HVAC – Refrigeration.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all stakeholders in a BeeBryte project, both internal and external. You are a cross-functional manager.
You can synthesize the progress of your work and report your activities to the management.
Good written and oral communication skills in French.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Technical knowledge in automation, electrotechnics, and HVAC is a plus.
Knowledge in low-voltage electricity and energy measurement systems is a plus.
