INTERNSHIP DETAILS

We are looking for an intern in Customer Support Operations – Energy Efficiency. The Operations department is responsible for monitoring operational sites, providing customer support, and tracking the technical and economic performance after the implementation of various client sites.

You will work in tandem with the Customer Support Coordinator, assisting them in incident management and tool maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving incident alerts in collaboration with other members of the Operations department.
  • Analyzing data to qualify alerts and adapt the appropriate response or corrections, as well as identifying the right internal contact (Optimization department or IT/Product department).
  • Creating internal tickets.
  • Tool maintenance, including:
    • Creating both simple (using Grafana software) and complex (Python development) alerts.
    • Configuring alert levels.
    • Contributing to the improvement of alert management and its automation.
    • Participating in the software upgrade of Grafana.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
Ideally, you possess strong knowledge of Grafana software, programming languages such as Python and SQL, and familiarity with ElasticSearch databases.
Internal training on tools will be provided.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in client interactions and internal collaborations.
Critical thinking and a strong analytical mindset to contribute to continuous process improvement.
Familiarity with the energy sector and a commitment to projects promoting energy efficiency in buildings.
