We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Singapore office and actively support our business in South-East Asia. Reporting to the Operations Manager in France, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the successful management of projects in operation (post integration). You will oversee alerts and incidents, monitor technical and economic performance post-implementation, coordinate troubleshooting, and provide regular internal and external reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments and actively participate in the dynamism and agility of the teams dedicated to our Professional Services in Singapore, while maintaining constant coordination with our head office in France.
  • Collect customer feedback and expectations, report them internally, and participate in the internal R&D work necessary to satisfy them.
  • Identify and pursue up-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales department.
  • Track project profitability and seek opportunities to increase energy savings and BeeBryte revenue. Coordinate post-integration actions and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and utilize processing and analysis tools, with a constant concern for automating operational data processing and improving the performance of our solution (savings, energy efficiency, carbon footprint).
  • Collect energy tariff data for the various services.
  • Interface regularly onsite with customer stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Occasionally travel within South-East Asia.

  • You hold an Engineer’s or Master’s degree, a PhD or equivalent and have demonstrated experience in data science.
  • You are passionate about providing exceptional customer care and service, and possess strong business acumen.
  • You are versatile, agile, curious, and self-directed, with excellent synthesis skills and a commitment to quality in all aspects of your work (process, documentation, code, portability, etc.).
  • You are driven, ambitious, and possess excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have strong programming skills, with experience in Python (Numpy, Pandas) preferred.
  • You are fluent in English, which is essential for this position.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • You are allowed to work in Singapore.
