To achieve this, we implement an intelligent overlay powered by our Industrial IoT platform, which leverages deep insights from existing systems and their context to continuously maximize their energy performance. By anticipating needs and influencing factors, we enable our clients to effectively reduce their carbon footprint, mitigate risks, and achieve up to 40% savings on their energy bills.

 

Your missions

As a buyer at BeeBryte, you will play a central role in ensuring the fast and cost-effective supply of equipment, services, and supplies required for our projects and operations. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, search for and manage subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts, terms, and prices.

In direct collaboration with the two leaders, your main responsibilities will include:

Supplier Management:

Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors (e.g., BMS specialists, integrators, electricians) and suppliers (e.g., IoT gateway, 4G internet, AWS) based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Negotiate framework agreements to obtain advantageous terms.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Cultivate a network of service providers who can contribute to the development of the company’s technical solutions in various fields.

Procurement Strategy:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives and budget.
Continuously seek cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product/service quality.

Order Management:

Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet production and operational needs.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, prices, and developments among subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct market research to identify new potential providers and products/services.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with different company departments to ensure alignment between procurement and company purchasing needs.
Effectively communicate with various company departments to understand their procurement/purchase requirements.
Contribute to the establishment of a procurement process and suggest regular improvements.

 

Your profile

Education / Number of Years of Study: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, ideally with a dual competence in both technical and commercial fields.

Minimum Experience: Proven experience as a buyer or in a similar procurement role in technical domains.

You have a technical inclination and a commitment to a thorough understanding of BeeBryte’s activities and its needs, a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You possess strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

You have attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Knowledge / Skills:

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
