Your missions

We are hiring a Business Manager – Technical Building Management (M/F) based in Lyon. You will report to the Project Manager and participate in the deployment of the BeeBryte solution at client sites.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing, planning, prioritizing, and supervising the execution of BeeBryte building control projects.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the execution of the project process.
  • Mobilizing and coordinating internal and external technical resources in the project process.
  • Being the preferred contact point for the client during the project phase and the internal reference.
  • Providing weekly progress updates on BeeBryte projects.
  • Participating in the selection of technical solutions (automation, BMS, machine interface) based on the project’s technical and economic context.
  • Assessing client needs and conducting site visits and client meetings throughout the project.
  • Strengthening relationships and concluding contracts with technical subcontractors (electricians, automation specialists, maintainers).
  • Supporting the sales team and generating potential clients.
  • Collaborating with different teams across different locations, time zones, and cultures.

You will coordinate, with the support of technical experts, the design, installation, and commissioning of our building energy cost reduction projects for various industrial and commercial clients in sectors such as agri-food, logistics, etc.

You work in the field of automation and Building Management Systems (BMS) used in industrial and commercial sectors. You are familiar with the building industry and have knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration equipment and systems. You are proactive in finding solutions, both commercially and technically, with customer satisfaction as your primary goal.

You manage the organization of our projects from start to finish, from contract signing to transfer to operation. You are committed, involved, and make things happen. You are creative in finding solutions, both commercial and technical, and have customer satisfaction as your top priority.

You enjoy making things happen and can handle constraints and pressure to deliver results in the best conditions in terms of deadlines, quality, and costs.

You are pragmatic and organized. You are dedicated to getting involved in projects aimed at building energy efficiency.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) with experience in project monitoring and management in the construction field.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all stakeholders of a BeeBryte project, both internal and external. You are a cross-functional manager.
You can synthesize the progress of your work and report your activities to the management.
Good written and oral communication skills in French.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Technical knowledge in automation, electrical engineering, and HVAC is a plus.
Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and energy measurement systems is a plus.
